LIMERICK GAA is hosting a business breakfast next Friday.

LIMERICK GAA is hosting a business breakfast next Friday.

The event is being organised by Club Limerick - the rebranded supporters club.

RTE Sunday Game pundits Henry Shefflin (Kilkenny) and Liam Sheedy (Tipperary), along with Limerick senior hurling manager TJ Ryan are the guest speakers on the morning with ‘The Business of Sport’ the topic for discussion.

The business breakfast takes place on Friday November 13 at 7am in the Limerick Strand Hotel.

The Limerick GAA business network has met regularly over recent months but this business breakfast is their first big event.

“The focus of the morning will be to afford Limerick Business people the opportunity to network with like minded business people to share ideas and grow you social circle and business network,” said Limerick GAA Commercial Manager, John Loftus.

“Limerick GAA business network has been created to introduce supporters of Limerick GAA to each other with a view to mutually growing their businesses and increasing their network and social circle. From small beginnings it has turned into a vibrant group that meet on alternate Fridays,” explained Loftus.

Last year similar events were held in Dublin, where Minister for Finance, Michael Noonan, TD was among the guest speakers.

Entry next week, including full breakfast, is €60.

Further details and tickets are available from John Loftus on 087-2541126, Club Limerick Chairman Sean Scanlan on 086-8224584 or from Limerick GAA Project Coordinator Siobhan Scanlon on 061-325077 or email events.clublimerick@gaa.ie

The event was launched at the Adare Manor & Golf Resort.
