TREATY United will look to boost their hopes of securing a promotion play-off place in the SSE Airtricity League First Division when travelling to St Colman's Park this Friday night, 7.45pm, to face third-placed Cobh Ramblers.

Treaty will be facing their third fixture in the space of seven days in Friday's Munster derby.

Tommy Barrett's charges battled back impressively after falling 0-2 in arrears early on against Waterford FC at the Markets Field on Monday night to secure a share of the spoils in a 2-2 draw.

Two late goals from Success Edogun earned a point for the home side against the league's second-placed side.
The result in Monday night's re-arranged fixture saw Treaty United close to within four points of fifth-placed Wexford FC who occupy the final promotion play-off spot in the table.

Seventy two hours before the draw with Waterford, Treaty United had defeated Kerry FC 3-1 in another Munster derby at the Garrowen venue.

In-form striker Enda Curran netted twice in that game for the Limerick-based side. Treaty United's opponents this Friday night,

Cobh Ramblers, sit in third place in the First Division table, some eight points clear of their Munster rivals.
