Cistercian College set to deliver unique insight into top school offering at open day

Those students interested in boarding can avail of the overnight experience and immerse themselves in the life of a boarder at Cistercian College

CISTERCIAN College  is  offering a five  day and seven day boarding and hosts ‘Open Evening and Overnight Experience’ for prospective students and their families.

The open day will take place from 3pm on Friday, September 29.

The event has attracted widespread interest from across the country, with students considering enrollment for the 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 academic years pre-registering online in advance. 

The new College President Colm Maloney,  is looking forward to welcoming families for a unique insight into daily life at one of Ireland’s leading secondary schools.

“For our upcoming ‘Open Evening Experience’ event along with overnight experience showcasing the evolution of boarding, we’re really looking forward to welcoming all interested students and their parents for a fantastic interactive viewing of the College, at a very exciting juncture in the life of the school. Cistercian College is a unique place to learn, develop and grow. The evening will include a guided tour of our newly redeveloped facilities, led by our very proud current students, parents and staff, to include group activities showcasing the College, as well as providing an evening meal and refreshments for all guests in the College refectory, in keeping with the rich tradition of Cistercian hospitality.”

Those students interested in boarding can avail of the overnight experience and immerse themselves in the life of a boarder at Cistercian College.
