Moyross United who won the LWSSL Ei Electronics Open Cup Final in Markets Field over the weekend
MOYROSS United and Ballylanders both claimed LWSSL Ei Electronics Cup trophies over the weekend in Markets Field.
First up was the Open Cup final between Bunratty Cratloe and Moyross United, with Moyross winning outright on a scoreline of 5-0.
The Limerick side got off to a flying start with a goal netted by Abbie Awaye after only one minute of play. Playing from the front there was never a doubt that Moyross would give up the win with the four other goals scored by Jade Clohessy on 38 minutes, Abbie Awaye on 45, Danielle Sheehy on 76 minutes and finally Chloe Kenna after 78 minutes of play.
Chloe Kenna Moyross was awarded player of the match by the match day officials.

In the second final of the day Ballylanders emerged 3-2 victors over Herbertstown during an extra-time thriller. The initial 90 minutes finished up on 2-2 a piece with Shannon O'Doherty getting the wining goal in extra-time for her side. Eleanor Ryan Ballylanders awarded player of the match by the match day officials.
