Santa to lead parade of vehicles at Light Up Limerick

LIGHT Up Limerick returns this year on Sunday, December 15. In its fifth year running, this event has grown in size and popularity.

It will start and finish at Northern Trust on the Ballysimon Road. The event will raise funds for the long-term project, the completion of the Ambulance base for the East Limerick Red Cross.

Santa will lead a parade of trucks, tractors, cars, bikes and trikes through the city on the night. Included in the run is an appreciation run for Emergency services agencies in Limerick, Clare and Tipperary.

From Christmas lights on tractors to blue lights on fire engines, spectators of all ages will enjoy this festive occasion.
