Reports of large garda presence on Limerick road
THERE is a large garda presence in the Hyde Road area of Limerick city this evening.
The junction of Hyde Road and Childers Road has been closed with motorists reporting long delays in the area.
The green area near the junction has also been closed off to the public.
An eye witness said that members of the Limerick Divisional Drugs Unit were at the scene.
The garda press office declined to comment to Limerick Live when contacted.
