LAST weekend was one to remember as about 100,000 pairs of feet walked the grounds of Thomond Park, where Snow Patrol, Paolo Nutini and Liam Gallagher delivered electric performances.

The city was buzzing as Snow Patrol opened the festivities on Friday, July 12. It was a show that the band described as “epic” in a post praising Limerick and its “lovely” people.
