Under 16 Football: Congratulations to the Mountcollins under 16 footballers who won the county 11 a side championship title on Sunday last. In the replay they defeated Galtee Gaels by 4-4 to 1-8 in Mick Neville Park, Rathkeale. The game was in the balance up to the final quarter when the winners scored the vital goal. Charity Run/Walk: There will be a 5k charity Run/Walk commencing at Mountcollins Community Centre at 12.30pm on Sunday, November 17th. Proceeds are in aid of Patrick Lenihan, Seamus Hickey and Mary Barry who will undertake charity work with the Ray of Sunshine Foundation in Kenya later in the year. More details on the event later.
