PASTORAL AREA NEWS: Many Thanks to all who participated in St Nessan’s Pastoral area team Pilgrim Walk on Sunday, September 29 to celebrate the year of faith would like to acknowledge all who greeted us at the various venues, The Dominicans priests, Rev. Sandra Pragnell at St Michael’s Perys square, Una Mc Carthy, sacristan at St.Joseph’s church and Fr Seamus Enright, Frances who led us in the hymns and the ladies who supplied the tea at the Redemptorists. It was an enjoyable spiritual experience for all who attended. The next event that we are hosting is a collective group meeting at St .Joseph’s parish hall on Thursday, October 24 at 8pm. Noirin Lynch of the Diocesan Liturgy group will address the meeting and outline the assistance available from the pastoral centre. All members of liturgy groups, readers, choirs, baptismal teams, bereavement groups and pastoral councils are invited to attend and avail of the support that will be presented and offered to them.
