CAREBRIGHT FUN-RUN, JOG, WALK - FUNDRAISER: CareBright formerly RCCN who provide Carers in the Community are having a 7 km Fun-Run, Jog or Walk on Bank Holiday Monday, 28th October commencing at 2.30pm from Cill Bhride, Kilteely. This event is for 2 of our Carers who are seriously ill and undergoing treatment. Staff of CareBright have sponsorship cards or alternatively you can support the event by joining us on the day to walk, jog or run €10 for runners and €5 to walk. GAA: The Club are taking a trip to Clondakin in Dublin on Bank Holiday Monday, October 28th to play the local GAA club in a number of hurling & football matches. This is open to all our U10, U8 and U6s so please get your name into Tommy or John O’Dea ASAP, the bus will leave Kilteely church car park at 8.30am, it will be a great day out for all involved.
RAMBLING HOUSE: Please note that The Teach Rambling House will not now be held on the Second Friday of each month. New dates will shortly be arranged. We will keep you posted on The Limerick Leader Notes. The next Rambling House will be held on Friday November 1st., 9 to 11p.m. All are welcome.

KILTEELY TIDY TOWNS: fundraising night in Aherns Lounge, Kilteely, Saturday Nov 9, commencing at 9.30pm. Music by Johnny Mc Country Sound. Prizes on door tickets. Admission €5. Your support would be much appreciated.
GET-TOGETHERS: the trip to the Limertree has been cancelled until further notice which was due to be held on Thursday October 31. The next Get-togethers will be held in Cill Bhride on Wednesday October 30 with music by Valerie and a number of others. We would appreciate a good number present. The next item is the Shopping Trip to Cork on 13th Nov. Booking for this bus can be made with Caroline at Cill Bhride. The bus will be on first come, first served on payment of €10. The bus will be leaving for Cork at 9.30am.
Fundraiser: There will be a 1960’s fund raising dance in Bulgaden Castle featuring Crystal swing and Old News (support band) on Friday night October 25th. with all proceeds going to Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital Crumlin. This is a most worthy cause so let down your hair, roll back the years and swing the night as in the swinging sixties. Admision €10. Please support.
BASIC COMPUTER TRAINING: Are you a member of the Farming Community how would like to improve your Computer Skills. Would you like to be able to use Done Deal, Register your Calf’s on Line, Send and receive e-mails. Then sign up for our Basic Computer Training. The training will run for four weeks. Course Costs€20. Classes will take place in Cill Bhride, Kilteely commencing Thursday, 31st October from 7.30pm-9.30pm. Places are limited. Contact Monica on 061-450074.
