TIDY TOWNS NEWS: The Spring Clean for the parish took place on Saturday, March 23. We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who helped out with the clean-up especially the Ballybrown GAA juveniles who were there in force and made light work of the job! The Tidy Towns Group will be resuming their Tuesday evening activity, starting on April 2, meeting at 7.00pm outside the hairdressers. Please come along.

EPISCOPAL ORDINATION OF FR. BRENDAN LEAHY: The Episcopal Ordination of Fr Brendan Leahy will take place in St John’s Cathedral on Sunday, April 14 at 3.00p.m. This is an important occasion for our diocese and also a joyous occasion as we will have a Bishop to lead our diocese again after a period of over three years. A limited number of tickets have been made available to the parish for the ceremony. It has been suggested that the fairest way to distribute these tickets is by means of a raffle. If you are interested in attending the ceremony, please hand in your name to the sacristy in either of the churches before 10a.m. on Saturday March 30 and your name will be entered in the draw for the tickets.
