Diocesan Needs: This weekend Jan 18/19 the Diocesan needs church door envelope collection will take place in both Feohanagh and Castlemahon. Your support as always will be much appreciated.
Seven Steps: The next seven steps meeting will take place in Feohanagh sacristy on Monday night Jan 20 at 7.30pm. All are welcome to attend.
Set dancing classes: Following the Christmas break, set dancing classes will continue every Wednesday at 7.00pm. Organiser Nicola will welcome all back and any new comers who wish to join and enjoy the set dancing classes are also welcome for the new year.
Senior citizens party: This years senior citizens party will take place on SundayJanuary 26 at 1.30pm in the Red Setter lounge, Castlemahon. Bishop Brendan Leahy will celebrate the 11.00am mass in Feohanagh Church and will attend the senior citizens party afterwards. All senior citizens in the parish are invited and very welcome to attend. In order to know the number in attendance this year we would appreciate if anyone interested in attending could give their name to Annette Coughlan or Tom Kennedy as soon as possible.
Kilmeedy Rambling house: To get into the new year spirit, Sean O’Gorman Organiser and M.C invites all his friends to a very enjoyable and entertaining rambling house at Aras Ide Kilmeedy on this Friday January 17 at 8.30pm. Sean promises that this first session of the new year will be to a high standard with the best traditional music, songs and storytelling with plenty of humour.
Barndance in Listowel January 18: Having presented very successful performances 4 in Knockaderry and one in Adare and Feenagh, Feohanagh Castlemahon Players will be staging their comedy Barndance in St John’s Listowel on Saturday next January 18 at 7.30pm. Wishing eevryone a very enjoyable night and continued success as they cross the border to the Kingdom
Friends of St Ita;s collection: on this weekend Jan 18/19 the church gate collection will take place in both Churches. All interested in taking part are welcome to attend.
Sympathy: Sincere sympathy is extended to Joe Quaid on the death of his wife Treasa Quaid (Nee Mulcahy) Ross, Dromcollogher. Deepest sympathy is extended also to her Sons and Daughters, and all her relatives and friends.
