OOLA GAA: U21 Football Championship: The Under 21s were beaten 1-8 to 0-6 by Feale Rangers on Friday night. Oola started the game well and led by 3 points to 2 after 15 minutes. However a period of dominance by Feale Rangers either side of halftime, during which they scored the decisive goal, gave them a lead that they never relinquished, Team: Darragh Oâ€™Donovan, Colm Cummins, Raymond Ryan, Fiachra Oâ€™Grady, Liam Ryan, Stephen Ryan, James Power, Darragh Stapleton, Jer McPartland, Kevin Heuston, Richie English, Patrick Cummins, Timmy McGrath, Pat Ryan, David Landers. The next game will be against Newcastle West on Friday night in Martinstown.
Congratulations : Well done to Oola national school who won the East primary schools 9 a side final for the fourth year in a row in UL last week.
Clothes collection: Thanks to all who have contributed to date to the used clothes collection. There will be a further collection from 11 am to 2pm on Saturday in the dressing rooms.
Scor na nOg: With the East Final of Scor na nOg being held in Pallasgreen, we are requesting that anyone interested in representing Oola in competition should contact Pius Oâ€™Grady.

Gathering: A Gathering of Players & Friends that frequented Toomeyâ€™s Field Ballybeg 1960 -1970â€™s era enjoyed a very successful reunion in Dundrum last Saturday night 26th October. People travelled from far and wide including Dublin & UK. The organised committee would like to thank all those that supported and contributed to making it a memorable occasion.
