This Friday sees another step being taken towards the â‚¬1.5 million restoration of St Josephâ€™s church in the city.
Thanks to magnificent support from the community, â‚¬600,000 has been raised in the last two years in fundraising.
Friday will see an afternoon tea with fashion show taking place in the Savoy Hotel on Henry Street at 3pm to help the cause.
Guests will enjoy a glass of prosecco followed by traditional afternoon tea with a selection of finger sandwiches, pastries and scones in the renowned hotel.
Models from the successful Holman-Lee Agency will be showcasing the latest Autumn/Winter styles from some of the foremost fashion boutiques in the Limerick region.
A unique aspect to the afternoonâ€™s fashion show will be that renowned fashion icon, stylist and TV presenter Celia Holman-Lee has agreed to return to the catwalk specially to support the cause.
Tickets are â‚¬35.00 and can be purchased from either St. Josephâ€™s Church Sacristy, Oâ€™Connell Avenue; The Savoy Hotel or Southâ€™s Bar.
