GLIN BABY AND TODDLER GROUP: every Thursday morning (during term-time) in Ceol Corbrai Community Hall from 10am-12 noon. €3 per family and refreshments are provided - Everyone welcome.

GLIN ROVERS:Field Development Draw, First Prize, Trip for Two to Old Trafford in March 2014 which will include Flights, Accommodation and Tickets. Second Prize E100 and Third Prize E75. The draw will take place on February 22, 2014. Tickets E5 and can be purchased from Tommy Wallaces shop and from Glin Rovers players.

GLIN LIBRARY: Now that we are into a brand new year there is an opportunity for anybody to exhibit any art or crafts within the library at any time. Ring 068 26910 if interested. All welcome to the library at any time. This is one of the few free services available to all so take advantage of it. Internet access free also.

THREE PEAK CHALLENGE: The Fitzgerald Family, Clonughter are organising a “Three Peak Challenge” for April 2014 – climbing three peaks in Ireland in 24 hours – Carrauntoohil in Kerry, Croagh Patrick in Mayo and Lugnaquilla in Wicklow. Further details nearer the date.

AFTERNOON TEA DANCE: The first of the afternoon tea dances for 2014 at Fr. Casey’s will feature the music, songs and stories of Big Maggie on Sunday, January 26next. Dancing from 3-6pm. Admission E5. Raffle and teas served. This is a fundraiser for West Limerick 102fm – our local community radio station.
