2012 Tax Refund: Thank you again to all parishioners for your contributions during 2012. A receipt was sent recently to all parishioners on record who contributed a total of €250 or more. If you should have received a letter and it did not arrive please give your name to Msgr Dan or Fr. Michael. Meanwhile we ask parishioners who have not signed and returned the CHY2 form to do so at your earliest convenience as this is a valuable source of income at no cost to our parishioners
OSTEOFIT – For Strong Bones and Good Balance: Osteofit classes restarted in Monaleen on Wednesday April 10th. These classes are designed for active older adults interested in maintaining and improving bone density, good balance, flexibility and strength. Come along any Wednesday afternoon to Monaleen GAA Hall at 2.00pm. The first class is FREE. Then you pay as you go €8 per class. Newcomers are always welcome. Epilepsy Ireland: Epilepsy Ireland has organised a workshop on stress for people with epilepsy, their family or carers. A number of places are set for health care professionals. The workshop will differentiate between pressure, anxiety and stress and how to recognise signs of a change within us of physical, mental and emotional nature. This will be followed by sessions on techniques to manage these signs. It will take place on Saturday, May 4th in Kilmurry Lodge Hotel.
