Adoration of the blessed sacrament takes place every Tuesday. All are welcome to come for a visit. Hours for time being, are 10am – 1pm; 3pm – 4pm; and 5pm – 10pm.
USED STAMPS NEEDED: When removing the used stamps, please leave a little bit of paper stuck behind them. The stamps are needed for supporting missionary work and are very much appreciated. Any used stamps can be left into the sacristy.
FEDAMORE AND DISTRICT OPEN COURSING: Fedamore & District open coursing club will hold its annual meet on Sunday next, February 10. Over the clubs preserves. Meet at Fedamore Cross at 9.30am. Your support will be appreciated.
BORD NA NOG: Registration for all Fedamore Bord na Nog players for the forthcoming year, will take place in The Community Centre on Friday February 8 during the youth club and on Saturday February 9 between 11 & 2pm, also in the Community Centre. No registration of bord na nog players will take place after February 9.
LOTTO: Castle Rovers weekly lotto draw was held in The Ranch Bar. Numbers drawn were 2 – 12 – 15 – 20.. No outright winner, one player with Match 3. Maureen Mc Mahon, Fedamore. Your support is greatly appreciated.
COMMUNITY CENTRE: Fedamore Community Hall refurbishment update. As you know we have been approved for a grant of approximately €194,000 towards the refurbishment of the Hall. In order to complete this the committee needs to raise an additional €50,000. At our last meeting we came up with some fundraising ideas, so we need to enlist the help of as many possible. On good Friday March 29, 2013, a 45 Drive will be held in the Community Hall. On April 7, we are holding a sponsored walk. Your support will be greatly appreciated. We are in the process of setting up a Facebook Page under the name of Fedamore Community Hall. We will update the page with new information.
