WAY OF THE CROSS: During Lent the Stations of the Cross will be held in Feohanagh Church on Wednesdays at 7.05pm followed by Mass at 7.30pm. In Castlemahon Church the Stations of the Cross will be held on Friday nights at 7.05pm followed by Mass at 7.30pm.
SEVEN STEPS: The next Seven Steps meeting will be held in the sacristy, Castlemahon on Monday, March 11 at 7.30pm. All interested in taking part are very welcome to attend.

THE WITNESS: The Witness, a musical by Carol and Jimmy Owens. The Witness is the story of Jesus, told and sung by Peter and the other men and women who knew the Master best. Featuring a great cast and coordinated by Fr Terry Loughran. The Witness, a musical, will be presented by the Diocese of Limerick in the Lime Tree Theatre, Mary Immaculate College, on Friday and Saturday, March 8 and 9. This production which is being staged just before Easter is an ideal opportunity for parishes, youth groups, as well as individuals to participate in a meaningful and relevant way in the Year of Faith and to enter into the spirit of the season of preparation for the events of Holy Week. PARISH MISSION MEETING IN COOLYROE: To continue with preparations for the forthcoming Parish Mission, April 20 to 26 an open parish meeting will be held in Coolyroe Hall on Friday night next, March 8 at 8pm. Fr. Seamus Enright of the Redemptorist Fathers will address the meeting and he will be looking forward to a good attendance of parishioners just like the good attendance on February 20. Your support and the support of your family will be much appreciated.
ARDAGH’S DRAMA “KEVIN’S BED” IN KNOCKADERRY: On tomorrow night, Thursday, March 7, Ardagh Drama Group will present their two-act comedy “Kevin’s Bed” in the Resource Centre, Knockaderry at 8pm. The good cast are: Kay Davy, Catherine Woods, Maggie Enright, Mairead Carr, Gerard Liston, John O’Connell, Gary Barrett and Rachel Liston.
Proceeds are in aid of the new community hall in Castlemahon and with much thanks to the Ardagh Drama Group. A very enjoyable night has been organised by the Feohanagh-Castlemahon community hall committee, and your support for tomorrow night’s play will be appreciated.
WEST LIMERICK DRAMA FESTIVAL: On last weekend March 1 to 3 Knockaderry-Clouncagh Drama Society opened the West Limerick Drama Festival in the Resource Centre, Knockaderry with a different drama group on stage each night. They were: Friday night: Highland House on the Mountain of Knockaderry, Clouncagh Drama. Saturday Night: Out of Order by Banagher Drama Group (Offaly). Sunday night: Dancing at Lughnasa by Garrymore Drama Group (Mayo).
The festival continues on this weekend in the Resource Centre with the following: Friday night, March 8: Translation by Dooga Drama Group (Mayo). Saturday night, March 9: Kevin’s Bed by Ardagh Drama Group. Sunday night, March 10: A Wake in the West by Feohanagh-Castlemahon Drama.
Commencing each night at 7.30pm. Admission €10. As this is the first West Limerick Drama Festival in Knockaderry your support and the support of your friends will be appreciated.
KILMEEDY RAMBLING HOUSE MARCH 15: As we come into the month of March and following a season of very enjoyable Rambling House sessions at Aras Ide, Kilmeedy, Sean O’Gorman, organiser and MC invites all his friends to another very enjoyable and entertaining session on Friday night, March 15 at 8.30pm. To get into the St. Patrick’s Day spirit for the weekend this will be another great night of good traditional Irish music, singing and storytelling, mixed with good humour for all to enjoy.
