Concerns have been expressed for the wellbeing of Sasha Martin who has not been seen since Wednesday morning

Gardaí are urgently seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of a 15-year-old girl who has vanished from her home in Dublin.

In an appeal, issued on Wednesday night, they say Sasha Martin from Blessington Street, Dublin 1 has not been seen since Wednesday morning and that they are concerned for her wellbeing.

Sasha is described as being approximately 5 foot 5 inches in height, of slim build, with brown eyes and blond hair.

When last seen, she was wearing floral shorts and top with a fluffy pink gown and a black backpack.

Anyone with any information on Sasha's whereabouts is asked to contact Mountjoy garda station in Dublin on (01) 666 8600, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any garda station.
