The Tramore winner becomes the 6th Lotto Jackpot winner of 2025, joining the ranks of five other big winners from across the country, including Louth, Dublin, Kerry, Limerick, and Kilkenny earlier this year. This latest triumph also crowns the Lotto player the 11th National Lottery millionaire of 2025.

The National Lottery will confirm the store where the winning ticket was purchased tomorrow, Wednesday, 23rd April.

The National Lottery is urging all players in the Tramore, Co. Waterford to check their tickets carefully and if you’re holding the winning ticket.

Darragh O’Dwyer, National Lottery Spokesperson said:

“What a win for Tramore! One of our Lotto players has scooped an incredible €4,038,682 — and tomorrow, we’ll be in town to officially reveal which store sold the ticket. It’s a big moment for the seaside town, and we’re looking forward to celebrating the win on the ground. If players think they are onto a winning ticket, be sure to sign the back of the ticket and keep it safe — there’s a millionaire among you!”
