Emergency services and gardaí responded to an incident on Boghall Road in Bray shortly after 6pm on Sunday, 19 January where a man was found unresponsive and with serious injuries. The man, aged in his 30s, was treated at the scene but was pronounced dead shortly after.
Following a post-mortem examination, gardaí launched a murder investigation into the incident. The details of this post-mortem have not been revealed due to operational purposes.
Gardaí have since arrested seven males, including one minor, in relation to the death.
Two men, aged in their 20s and 40s, were arrested for serious offences under the Criminal Justice (Public Order) Act, 1994 on Monday evening. Both were since released without charge.
On Tuesday, gardaí caried out seven searches under warrant in relation to the investigation and arrested four more males, including one juvenile, two men in their 20s, and one in his 30s. All four have since been released without charge.
The man, aged in his 30s, who was arrested on Wednesday has also been released without charge on Thursday.
Gardaí say that they are continuing to investigate all of the circumstances surrounding the incident.
