Gardaí have arrested a learner driver after colliding with a fence and "narrowly missing" a house.
The Roads Policing Unit in Tipperary were on patrol this Tuesday morning when their number plate recognition system picked up this uninsured car (pictured above).
On pulling the driver over, gardaí said: "He drove off and eventually lost control of the car colliding with a fence - narrowly missing [a] house."
"This learner driver tested positive on the roadside for cocaine. He had no insurance and was also unaccompanied.
"The car, which has now been seized, had a dangerously bald tyre and no valid NCT," said gardaí via a social media post.
The driver was arrested.
