A motorist has been taken to hospital following a single-vehicle road traffic collision in Donegal.
According to An Garda Síochána, Gardaí are currently at the scene of the collision involving a car which occurred shortly before 6am this morning (Wednesday May 15) on the R261 at Ballyiriston, Portnoo.
The driver of the car was taken to Letterkenny University Hospital to be treated for their injuries.
The R261 at Ballyiriston, Portnoo is currently closed with local diversions in place.
