Gardaí in Roscommon RPU earlier this week have stopped a woman with an open bottle of wine in the car.
She had the bottle of wine sitting beside her open on the front seat.
The driver of the vehicle was arrested on suspicion of drink driving with court now to follow.
An Garda Síochána would like to remind everyone to please driver safe over the bank holiday weekend and to never drive under the influence of any intoxicant.
The driver was subsequently tested to be three times over the legal limit.
