ISPCA in emergency public appeal for bedding for shelter dogs and animals
The ISPCA has issued an emergency appeal to the public for bedding for their animals.
"Sadly, we are running very low on sheets, towels, pillowcases and blankets for the animals in ISPCA care and are asking the public to donate any old ones they are no longer using," they said in a post on social media on Tuesday.
"Items can be dropped off any time during our opening hours."
They asked people to "kindly refrain from including human clothing, if possible."
Like other animal shelters all over the country, the ISPCA is desperately trying to keep up with the demand on its services and is constantly taking in and trying to rehome dogs and other animals.
