Gardaí have arrested a driver on Finglas Road after they were caught overtaking several vehicles by using the bus lane.
The DMR West Roads Policing Unit stopped the car and found the driver to be over the legal alcohol limit.
This lead to their immediate arrest, and seizure of the vehicle.
A spokesperson for An Garda Síochána said: "They were stopped and the driver was found to be over the legal limit and was subsequently arrested."
The driver is now facing legal consequences, with a court appearance to follow.
