A batch of chocolate sold at a popular supermarket is being recalled due to a major safety concern.
According to the Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI), a batch of Fin Carré White Chocolate (100g, Best Before 16/10/2024) is being removed from sale due to the possible presence of plastic pieces.
Recall notices will be displayed at point-of-sale in Lidl stores.
Consumers are advised not to eat the implicated batch.
