Former Irish and Munster rugby star embraces local club colors

FORMER IRISH and Munster rugby legend, CJ Stander, was spotted recently in another rugby stronghold in West Cork. 

The South-African man was welcomed by Skibbereen RFC to Bushe's Bar in Baltimore to part-take in a Q&A with members of the local club.

Stander jokingly donned the Skibbereen jersey stating on his Instagram story "New signing for Skibbereen RFC".

Skibbereen and West Cork is known for producing some of Munster's best players like Gavin Coombes, John Hodnett the Wycherley brothers and is often known fondly as the "West Cork Mafia" along with Bantry, Clonakilty and Ross.
