Na Piarsaigh GAA club facilities manager Pat O’Neill with Mike Hogan of The Cranberries
THE CRANBERRIES star Mike Hogan has shown his support to Na Piarsaigh GAA club’s fundraiser this weekend.
This Sunday, hundreds of runners will pound the streets of the northside.
Two events are taking place - a 5km family run or walk, and a tougher, 10km road race.

Pat O’Neil, the club’s head of facilities said Mike has always been supportive of the Caherdavin side.
“I’d know Mike and his wife Siobhan. We had Lip Sync there a few years ago, and Mike was very kind to give a valuable album, signed, as a prize,” he said.
Members of Na Piarsaigh’s senior hurling team will be taking part in the event, which will see all the money raised pumped back into the club.
But, with a county semi-final around the corner, they will opt for a leisurely walk, rather than a run, to avoid injury.
