ACCLAIMED rap star Captain Moonlight will headline the upcoming Make a Move youth culture festival.

Fresh off the stage from the Glastonbury festival, the performer will take part in the first night of the event on Thursday, July 25.

Captain Moonlight has been in the public eye since 1988, enjoying his first taste of success in Kilkenny band Raw Knowledge.

Between 1998 and 2002 he formed Homebrew. It was at this time, he began using the monicker Captain Moonlight. It was his album Dirty C***s which brought him to national attention. More information at makeamove.ie.
