Enable Ireland has teamed up with paediatric neurology consultant Dr Elizabeth O’Mahony to host the event at 2pm in the University of Limerick arena.

Dr O’Mahony, based at the University Hospital, met youth community leader Barry Burke through her own children doing hip hip classes with him.

It will form the first event of the youth culture festival, taking place over the weekend of July 26.

A variety of other events are planned for the Make a Move festival. These include an Irish hip-hop showcase, various DJ sets and a massive wrap party. Performances come from hip-hop star Captain Moonlight among others.
