ANOTHER Munster and Ireland rugby star is engaged after proposing to his long-term girlfriend at a luxurious Michelin-starred hotel in Laois over the weekend.

Jeremy Loughman (30) is set to tie the knot with Lucie Johnson who works as a Marketing Assistant for UL. The couple got engaged whilst enjoying a romantic stay at Ballyfin Demesne.

Lucie posted some stunning pictures from the special proposal on her Instagram page, sharing a glimpse of the oval-cut ring and the couple's celebratory drinks.

“Forever & ever & ever,” wrote Lucie, accompanied by a red love heart and the date of 03/01/2026.

Jeremy who plays as a prop was born in Nevada, USA and lived in Kent, England before moving to Kildare when he was about 12 years old. He attended Blackrock College, Dublin where he won the Leinster Schools Rugby Senior Cup in 2013 and 2014.

Fineen Wycherley also got down on bended knee on the same day to propose to long-term girlfriend Saoirse Ryan, who studied at University of Limerick. The trainee solicitor shared a stunning black and white photo of the moment on her Instagram page.

West Cork native Fineen, whose brother Josh also plays with Munster, is known as a gentle giant. He is also an ambassador with Enable Ireland.
