The road is closed for a technical examination by Forensic Collision Investigators to take place
A MAN was rushed to University Hospital Limerick with "serious injuries" following an early morning collision this Thursday.
A garda spokesperson said: "Gardaí and emergency services are at the scene of a single vehicle road traffic collision on the L3112, Cratloemoyle, Co Clare this morning at approximately 5am."
It is a narrow road off the large Cratloemoyle roundabout by the Radisson Blu Hotel and Spa.

"A man, aged in his 40s, suffered serious injuries and was taken to University Hospital Limerick for treatment," said the garda spokesperson.
The road is closed as the scene is currently undergoing technical examination by Forensic Collision Investigators.
"Investigations are ongoing," concluded the garda spokesperson.
