A learner driver who was travelling at 107km/h in a 60km/h zone has had their car seized.
Gardaí caught the driver travelling nearly twice the speed limit in Santry, Dublin, on Easter Saturday.
They seized the car and the unaccompanied learner driver was fined.
As part of our Easter weekend road safety campaign Gardaí in Santry, Dublin, clocked this car travelling at 107km/h in 60km/h zone.

Driver was on a learner permit driving alone. Car was seized and driver fined.

This is just one of many offences which happened over the Easter long weekend, as part of gardaí's Easter weekend road safety campaign.
