Road diversions in place for 10 days in county Limerick

ROAD DIVERSIONS will take place for over 10 days due to drainage and reconstruction works on one county Limerick route.

The L1208 Ballingarry to Croom Road, at Kilmacow, will be temporarily closed from June 12 to Friday, June 23 from 8am - 8pm each day to accommodate these works.

Limerick city and county council are advising road users that diversions will be in place for the duration of the road works. ‘Significant delays’ are to be expected during this period.

Traffic is being diverted via the L1207 / R519 / L-8021 i.e Kilmacow to Kilfinny, to Neville’s Cross to Dunaman and to Carrigeen.
