Emergency services attend scene of a four vehicle collision in Limerick

EMERGENCY services are attending the scene of a multi-vehicle collision in Limerick.

The incident, involving four vehicles, occurred outside the Maypark housing estate, close to the Crescent Shopping Centre in Dooradoyle.

The alarm was raised at 17:52 this Tuesday and Limerick Fire and Rescue has confirmed that three of its units from Limerick city fire station are attending the incident and remain on the scene. 

Traffic is expected to be slow in the area and motorists are being urged to exercise caution. 

No information is available, as of now, regarding possible injuries.
