POPULAR Limerick influencer and blogger Louise Cooney has married her partner, GAA star Mark Sweeney, in a lavish wedding ceremony in Tipperary.

The beautiful bride, 33, who hails from Dooradoyle, posted a photograph from their winter wedding in Cashel this Friday, on her Instagram account, with the words "Just married" accompanied by a white love heart emoji.

Louise wowed in an ivory off-the-shoulder lace gown with long sleeves while Mark looked dapper in a traditional tux.

Messages of congratulations have been pouring in for the picture-perfect couple.

Lifestyle creator Niamh de Brun-Reid from Limerick wrote: "Stunning. Congratulations" while founder of beauty line, Poca Beauty, Pippa O'Connor, meanwhile, posted: "Just stunning".

Among the guests are model agent Celia Holman-Lee, and founder of clothing brand Vacious - and soprano - Sinead O'Brien from Patrickswell, who sang at the wedding ceremony.

Mother-of-one Louise announced her engagement to her then partner of four years during August of last year following Mark's romantic proposal in Spanish Point where their adorable baby boy, Jude, was also present.

Louise and Mark are celebrating their wedding reception at the luxurious five-star Cashel Palace Hotel which was chosen as the venue for the couple's special day following a wedding tasting. Louise previously described it as their “dream” wedding venue.

The happy couple celebrated their rehearsal dinner on Thursday night with Louise opting for a tailored white trouser suit. She also excitedly prepared Jude ahead of his parents' special day setting up his cot in the hotel with a cream robe and slippers.

Louise previously revealed that she bought her wedding dress in Verona Bridal, a popular bridal store in Belfast, known as a hub of designer bridalwear in Ireland. Louise brought her followers along throughout her wedding planning often posting about the planning process and doing Q&As. She also decided to do her own tan for her big day.

Her two sisters were her bridesmaids, alongside three of her friends including fellow influencer Dearbhla Silke.

Louise celebrated her hen party with a weekend in London with them last month with Louise saying that she felt like the "luckiest girl in the world" at the time and that the wedding had "a lot to live up to".

Louise and Mark, a talented Gaelic footballer and actuary from Antrim, met online during Covid and the happy couple currently reside in Dublin.

Louise told The Sun in a previous interview that “it was that weird thing where you meet for a walk”.

“We just clicked and it’s worked out really well. It was nice to have that lockdown time, where there was no frills, or restaurants, or trips away, or hotels, or anything like that — it was very low key."

“We got to know each other properly without any distractions or other commitments.”

Louise has over a quarter of a million followers on Instagram, some following her since she started her journey as a fashion, travel, and lifestyle blogger in 2014. She founded an athleisure clothing line, Cloo, and an alcoholic sparkling wine brand, 67 Spritz.
