THE Limerick IHC final has been rescheduled for this Tuesday night, October 15 and will have an 8.00 start under the floodlights of the Gaelic Grounds.
The final between Dromin-Athlacca and Knockaderry was scheduled for last Saturday in Kilmallock but was called off due to the death Breda O’Leary of Athlacca.
Breda, the wife of the late Mike, was the mother of Dromin-Athlacca plyers, Gearoid and Eoin and is also survived by daughters; Karen and Elaine.
The winners of Tuesday’s Limerick intermediate hurling final will play Tipperary champions Ballina at a Limerick venue on Sunday October 27 in the Munster club championship.
