THE Limerick senior football team to play Tyrone in Sunday’s All Ireland SFC Qualifier has been named.

THE Limerick senior football team to play Tyrone in Sunday’s All Ireland SFC Qualifier has been named.

John Brudair’s side for the Omagh clash shows one change from the side that lost to Clare in the Munster SFC. Into the team comes Danny Neville in place of John Riordan.

Defenders Sean O’Dea and Stephen Cahill were carrying injuries but both are named in the starting team.

The team to play Mickey Harte’s side in Healy Park includes four U-21s.

The game on Sunday has a 4.00 start with the sides battling to advance to round two of the backdoor system against Galway, Tipperary, Meath/Westmeath or Donegal/Derry.

Meanwhile, Mickey Harte has made two changes to his team from that which lost to Donegal in the Ulster SFC.

Tiernan McCann and Ronan O’Neill have been handed starts alongside each other in the half forward.
