Employment event champions inclusion for deaf workers

EMPLOYERS looking to build a more diverse workforce can explore their options at an upcoming event in Limerick city.

Chime, the national charity for deaf and hard of hearing people, are hosting an event which will provide both employers and prospective employees with information about working with people who may be deaf or hard of hearing.

Discussions will take place on the evening from both perspectives, which is taking place this Wednesday, November 27 from 6pm to 8:30pm at the Absolute Hotel in the city.

A special choral performance is also set to feature on the night.
