AFTER a car accident that almost took her life, Catherine Richardson is using her book, The Simple Life, to share “a message of hope.”
In The Simple Life, West Limerick born Catherine Richardson combines Spirituality with her day-to-day living.
“The Simple Life is a simple, concise book about a message of hope. That's the basic message in it. I'm using a synopsis of my own life story to convey that message. There are other things in the book as well, like complimentary advice on health, prayer, meditation, affirmations - it's just a nice, feel good story,” she said.
In 2000, a car crash almost claimed her life while she was driving between Limerick and Waterford. After such an experience, Catherine believes that if she “came out the other end”, other people can too.
As a qualified nurse who trained in reflexology, traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture and cranio-sacral therapy, Catherine knows that people need help. In her Clinic, she combines these therapies with “her gift of healing.”
Catherine Richardson launched her book at the Castle Oaks House Hotel on November 19.
