Adam English has been included in the GAA.ie Team of the Week
TWO Limerick players have been included in the GAA.ie Hurling Team of the Week following the weekend's All-Ireland senior hurling quarter-finals.
The two Limerick players selected are Doon's Adam English at midfield and Gearóid Hegarty, of St Patrick's, in the half-forward line.
Limerick exited the All-Ireland series following their shock 2-24 to 0-28 quarter-final defeat to an impressive Dublin side at Croke Park on Saturday afternoon.

Limerick had led 14-man Dublin 0-19 to 0-18 mid-way through the second half. However, the concession of two goals to the Leinster side in quick succession scuppered the Munster finalists hopes.

Dublin have six players included on the GAA.ie Team of the Week, while Tipperary, who advanced to the All-Ireland semi-final with victory over Galway at the TUS Gaelic Grounds on Saturday evening, have five players included in the XV selected.
Two Galway players were also included in the GAA.ie Team of the Week.
