Five LIMERICK representatives were involved in the various finals in Croke Park at the weekend. There were players from Limerick involved with London and New York in the Christy Ring and Lorry Meagher finals.
Donie Reale, Dylan Dawson and Donnacha Leahy were all part of the London side that won the Christy Ring Cup. London defeated Derry 1-27 to 1-24 in Croke Park last Saturday.
Blackrock's Dylan Dawson and Donnacha Leahy both featured for London in the Christy Cup decider, Dawson chipped in with 0-3 from wing forward. Leahy was introduced off the bench in London's three point victory over Derry.

Meanwhile, Donie Reale has been part of the London senior hurling squad since 2013. Former South Liberties clubman Anthony Nash coached the Exiles to success.
Doon clubmen Gerard McPartland and Brian McPartland made history as part of the first New York team to win the Lory Meagher Cup. New York defeated Cavan 4-17 to 2-17, the east Limerick men were sprung from the bench on last Saturday.
London will play in the Joe McDonagh Cup next year, while New York have been promoted into the Nickey Rackard Cup.
