LIMERICK GAA star Tom Morrissey is teaming up with Nestlé Health Science’s global-leading brand Solgar, putting his GAA skills and fitness to the test at WellFest.

WellFest, which is Europe’s largest outdoor health, fitness and wellness festival, is taking place in IMMA at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham in Dublin May 10 and 11.

Morrissey, a five-time All-Ireland winner with Limerick will be teaming up with camogie star Niamh Mallon, a multi-talented sportswoman who has represented her native county of Down, and now plies her trade with Galway.

The pair will take time out from their hectic playing and training schedules to tog out with Team Solgar as part of the two-day event.

Attendees at this year’s WellFest have a wonderful opportunity to meet and greet both GAA stars; learn about what fuels their training and playing performance and test out some GAA skills. Also joining Tom and Niamh are iconic GAA legends, the Liam MacCarthy and Sam Maguire Cups.

Both are making a guest appearance with a specially designed 360-degree Croke Park themed photo booth providing the perfect backdrop for a memorable photo moment.

Completing Team Solgar is performance nutritionist and gymnastics coach Nicole Shaw who will be on-hand throughout the two days providing festival goers with nutritional advice, guidance and top tipsSolgar, a leading provider of high-quality nutritional supplements, earlier this year, announced an exciting new three-year partnership with the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) and the Gaelic Players Association (GPA), the representative body for inter-county Gaelic Games players becoming the official vitamin partner of the GAA/GPA and working with brand ambassadors Tom Morrissey (Limerick) Paul Conroy (Galway), Niamh Mallon (Galway) and Katie Quirke (Cork). 

In addition, it also became one of the title sponsors of the GAA Museum, home to the rich sporting, social and cultural history of Gaelic Games.
