THE GAA has published its Master Fixtures schedule for 2025.
In Division 1A of the Allianz Hurling League, Munster champions Limerick have a bye in the opening weekend of league fixtures at the end of January as the group contains seven counties.
Limerick will begin their campaign when travelling to Leeside to face All-Ireland finalists Cork in their opening fixture at SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh on Saturday, February 1, 7.30pm.
Eight days later, on Sunday, February 9, Limerick host local rivals Tipperary in Division 1A of the Allianz League at the TUS Gaelic Grounds, 3.45pm throw-in time.
Two weeks later, on Sunday, February 23, John Kiely will bring his Limerick charges to UPMC Nowlan Park to face Kilkenny, 1.45pm throw-in.
On Sunday, March 2, Limerick host great rivals Clare in a Division 1A Round 5 clash at the TUS Gaelic Grounds, 3.45pm throw-in.
Limerick then host Galway at the TUS Gaelic Grounds on Saturday, March 8, 7.30pm.
Then on Saturday, March 22, Limerick entertain Wexford at the TUS Gaelic Grounds, 7.30pm throw-in.
The Allianz Hurling League Division 1A and 1B Finals will be staged on April 5/6.
Limerick senior footballers are playing in Division 4 of the Allianz National League in 2025.
The Shannonsiders open their league campaign on Sunday, January 26, against Longford at Glennon Brothers Pearse Park, throw-in 2pm.
A week later, on Sunday, February 2, Limerick host Wexford in Mick Neville Park, Rathkeale, 2pm.
Two weeks later, on Sunday, February 16, Jimmy Lee's Limerick side travel to McGovern Park, Ruislip to take on London in Round 3 of the Allianz League, 12.30pm.
Six days later on Saturday, February 22, the Shannonsiders then travel to Netwatch Cullen Park to take on Carlow, 6pm.
On Saturday, March 1, Limerick return to Division 4 Allianz Football League action when facing Munster rivals Tipperary at Mick Neville Park in Rathkeale, 6.30pm.
On Sunday, March 16, Limerick face a trip to Echelon Park, Aughrim to take on Wicklow in Round 6 of the league with a 2pm throw-in.
In Round 7 of the Allianz Football League, Limerick entertain Waterford on Sunday, March 23 at Mick Neville Park, 1pm.
The Allianz Football League Finals will take place on March 29/30 with Division Two, Three, and Four Hurling Finals also scheduled for that weekend.
The provincial hurling championships begin on April 19/20, with the All-Ireland Hurling Final on Sunday, July 20.
The Joe McDonagh Cup begins on Saturday, April 20, with the Final on Saturday, June 8. The Ring Rackard, and Meagher Cup Finals are on the weekend of May 31/June 1.
The provincial football championships begin on the weekend of April 5/6, with the All-Ireland Senior Football Final slated for Sunday, July 27.
The Tailteann Cup Final will take place on Saturday, July 12.
