ALL-IRELAND winning Limerick hurler Brian Ryan is part of the Na Fianna team that won the Leinster senior hurling championship.
Na Fianna defeated Kilkormac Killoughey in last Saturday's Leinster senior hurling championship decider. Ryan was on target with 0-2 in Croke Park from midfield.
The Dublin champions now face Loughrea in the All-Ireland semi-final on December 14/15. Slaughtneil take on Cork champions Sarsfields in the other semi-final.
The former Limerick hurler was previously part of the Limerick senior hurling panel where he received gametime during the National League campaigns in 2020 and 2021. In 2020, Brian Ryan was part of the extended Limerick senior hurling panel that went onto to win the All-Ireland title.
Last year, Na Fianna won the Dublin senior hurling championship for the first time. The north Dublin club won back to back Dublin SHC titles for the first time in their club's history this year.
Brian's father Brian has been manager of the Univeristy of Limerick Fitzgibbon Cup team in recent seasons.
