Limerick's game with Cork scheduled for Mick Neville Park this evening has been postponed PICTURE: Sportsfile

LIMERICK'S Co-op Superstores Munster Hurling League clash with Cork that was due to take place at Mick Neville Park this Wednesday evening has been postponed.
The game will now take place at the same venue on this coming Sunday, January 21. It has been re-fixed for this weekend due to a frozen pitch at the Rathkeale venue. Sunday's game will take place at 2pm.
It is the second time that the fixture between Limerick and Cork has been postponed. It had been due to take place in Mallow initially on Sunday, January 7 but it was cancelled due to heavy fog at the Cork venue.
The game was then re-fixed for this Wednesday evening but will now take place on Sunday. The final of the competition had been due to take place this Sunday but that will have to be re-scheduled.
