LIMERICK'S Munster SHC trip to Cork in May will be streamed live by GAAGO it has been revealed after the online platform released its schedule for 2024.

The streaming operation, jointly owned by the GAA and RTÉ, came in for huge criticism following Limerick's game with Clare that was shown on the platform rather than on terrestrial television. If Limerick's footballers beat Cork in their Munster SFC quarter-final, their semi-final clash with Kerry will also be shown exclusively on GAAGO.

In all, four Munster SHC group games will be available to watch on GAAGO during the provincial competition. The streaming platform will also show nine games from the Liam MacCarthy Cup competition.

"We're delighted to announce our exclusive 2024 GAA Championship streaming schedule for GAA fans in Ireland, including a new midweek show and the addition of seven-time hurling All-Star Richie Hogan to the analysis team," a GAAGO statement this Monday afternoon read.

"Fans will access 38 matches live and on demand, with a special pre-Christmas Early Bird Pass price of just €69 up until December 31st, before it moves to €79. Within the 38-game schedule, twenty-two Sam Maguire Cup, nine Liam Mac Carthy Cup and seven Tailteann Cup (‘Game of the week’) matches will be streamed.

"Gráinne McElwain returns to anchor broadcast-quality coverage of almost 30 games alongside analysts Michael Murphy, Marc Ó Sé, Paddy Andrews, and Aaron Kernan (football), and Séamus Hickey, Tommy Walsh, Eoin Cadogan, John ‘Bubbles’ O’Dwyer and new addition Richie Hogan (hurling). Aisling O’Reilly will also return as sideline reporter.

"Exclusive coverage begins the weekend of April 6th/7th, with All-Ireland champions Dublin and Limerick both featuring in a schedule covering 19 matchdays across 13 weekends.

"Fans can access using almost any internet-enabled device, either on GAAGO.ie or using GAAGO's range of apps for phones, tablets and TVs."
