LIMERICK will play Kilkenny in the 2023 Allianz Hurling League decider following victory for 'The Cats' over Cork in today's second semi-final.

The final will take place in two week's time on either April 8 or April 9. Kilkenny booked the fixture, which is a repeat of last year's All-Ireland Final, after beating Cork by 2-22 to 0-22 at Nowlan Park.

The teams last met in that All-Ireland Final last July - a game that Limerick won on a 1-31 to 2-26 scoreline. They last met in a league decider in 2006. Kilkenny came out on top in that contest by six points.

It is expected that the fixture will be made by the GAA tomorrow morning.
