Hospital campaign group to meet new HSE CEO
THE MID-WEST Hospital Campaign have been granted a meeting with the new CEO of the HSE.
The group have confirmed they will meet with Bernard Gloster to put forward the concerns of those who have supported the campaign during the past four years.
The group have been campaigning to have the Emergency Departments reopened in Nenagh and Ennis for some time.
In a statement on their social media channels the group said: "This is a unique opportunity to present your views on the chronic state of the delivery of health policy in the Midwest since the beginning of the now-failed reconfiguration in the late-2000s.
"While we are all too well aware of the core issues at this point, we invite our followers to message us privately or simply comment under this post with your thoughts on some of the issues or questions that you believe our delegation should put directly to Mr Gloster.
"Please keep in mind that while we welcome this meeting, it will naturally be time-limited so we will do our best to convey as many of your issues as possible."
